What to expect.
Inquiry & confirmation.
Pick a session, choose a date, and submit your booking. You'll receive confirmation and a 25% deposit invoice within 24 hours.
Day of the shoot.
Show up. Direction is provided. Sessions are paced, comfortable, and deliberately unhurried — there's no rushing the work.
Delivery.
A private online gallery is delivered with your retouched frames in high resolution, ready for print, web, and personal archives.
Before you book.
Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from your session date. Rush delivery (5–7 days) is available for an additional fee. Graduation season can extend turnaround by a few days due to volume — booking early is always the move.
A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the session. Rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before your shoot — after that, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future session within 90 days.
You'll receive a styling guide after booking with recommendations specific to your session type. As a general rule: solids over heavy patterns, fitted over loose, and colors that work with your skin tone. For graduation, bring your cap, gown, stole, and any cords or honors regalia.
Studio sessions take place at the 12 Bit Studios space in the DMV (address shared after booking). Graduation shoots happen on-campus. Lifestyle and editorial shoots are location-flexible — pick a place that means something or let me suggest one.
Yes to all of it. Couples and family sessions fit under the lifestyle tier. Brand and commercial work is custom-quoted based on scope, usage rights, and deliverables — reach out via the contact page with your project details and I'll get back within 24 hours.
For the right project, yes. Travel sessions include a flat travel fee depending on location. Get in touch with your concept and timeline and we can scope it together.
